Where the money goes

Four vendors,
none of them talking.

A designer, a developer, a CRO consultant and a media buyer, each optimising their own number. Nobody owns the one that pays you, and every handoff between them is a week you spend paying for silence.

What it costs you
Design finishes, development starts from scratchNobody1 week
Build ships, CRO has never seen the funnelNobody1 week
CRO wins a test, paid never hears about itNobody2 weeks
Revenue moves and no one can say whyNobodyevery week
Per project, before anything ships. One team removes all three handoffs.

Six things land in your accounts.None of them are slides.

Each one is a working file or account. If you stop after the first project, all six stay with you and keep working.

One team, five levers

Everything a store needs, under one roof.

Buy one, or let them compound. Most brands start with the teardown, take the fix that pays for itself first, and add the next lever once the last one has earned it.

AI Visibility

Monthly

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity what to buy, the answer names a handful of stores. You are in it only if the machine can read your catalogue: valid schema, product copy in plain extractable text, reviews it can parse. That is developer work.

  • Structured data built and kept valid
  • Product pages made answer-shaped
  • Crawler access audited and corrected
  • A tracked prompt set, reported monthly

How it goes.Four steps, no surprises.

Two senior people. No juniors, no subcontractors, no account manager standing between you and the work.

01

Teardown

You pay €750 up front. No form, no call, no discovery questionnaire. We audit your funnel and send the document. It is yours whether or not you go further.

02

Scope

Fixed price, fixed deliverable, signed SOW. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise invoice at the end.

03

Build

Your first payment clears and we start. You watch it happen on a staging URL, every day.

04

Handover

Files, repo, ad accounts, documentation. You could end it tomorrow and lose nothing you paid for.

Handovernot started

Published, because you cando the maths yourself.

Every price is on the site, in three currencies, before you talk to anyone.

Published prices are floors

Every published number is a starting point. Every engagement is still scoped, and the scope is signed before anything starts.

EUR, USD and AED

Three fixed price lists, not live conversions. Your market decides the currency, and it is the currency you get invoiced in.

The €750 comes back

The Teardown fee is credited in full against any engagement you start within thirty days. That credit is the risk reversal.

Every service, every price, one page.

Questions

Answered directly.Including the awkward ones.

Guarantees, pricing, cancellation and the minimum ad spend.

Do you guarantee a conversion lift?
No. We guarantee the scope, the timeline and the deliverable, in writing. A conversion figure cannot be promised before anyone has seen the funnel.
Why is the pricing published?
So you can qualify yourself in or out in thirty seconds instead of thirty minutes on a call. A price marked “from” is a floor, and the signed scope sets the final one.
What does a Teardown get me?
A written audit of your funnel with every finding ranked by projected revenue impact, and the build effort each one takes. It is yours to keep, fix yourself, or hand to another studio.
Is “AI visibility” a real service or a buzzword?
Fair question. The work is concrete: valid product schema, product copy an LLM can extract, machine-readable reviews, and crawler access for AI user-agents. Every Teardown reports on all four whether or not you ever buy the retainer. Nobody can sell a guaranteed ranking inside a model, and we do not offer one.
Who does the work?
Two senior people. No juniors, no subcontractors, no account manager in between. It is also why the calendar has a limit and we say no to work that does not fit.
What do you need from us to start?
Store access, ad account access, and one person who can make a decision without a committee. That third one matters more than the first two.
Can I cancel a retainer whenever I want?
After the first three months, yes: thirty days’ written notice, and we owe you the same. The initial term is three months because CRO and AI visibility cannot show a result worth judging inside one, so a retainer cancellable at week three is one neither side can plan against. Nothing renews into anything longer.
Is there a minimum ad spend?
Yes. €10,000, $12,000 or AED 44,000 a month, and we decline the retainer below it. At €1,500/mo the fee is 15% of a €10k budget and 50% of a €3k one: under the floor there is not enough spend to test creative, and the fee eats the margin it is meant to protect. A Teardown or a Conversion Sprint is the better first engagement there anyway.
How fast can you start?
Teardowns start within 48 hours of payment clearing. Build work is scheduled against live capacity, and we will tell you the real date rather than the one you want to hear.
