Twelve services, all of them scoped
What you get,and what you don’t.
A published price leaves one question open: what the number buys. Every service below lists what is included and what is not, and the second list is the one that would otherwise take a forty-minute call to find out.
Design
The store drawn before it is built, so the build is execution rather than invention.
Store redesign (Figma)
2 weeksEvery page of the store redesigned in the brand you already own, finished to the point where a developer has nothing left to guess.
Included
- Home, collection, product, cart and the checkout states
- A component library, type scale and colour system that passes WCAG 2.2 AA contrast
- Mobile at 390 and desktop at 1440, both drawn
- The source Figma file, yours to keep
Not included
- The front-end build. That is Figma → Shopify
- Copywriting beyond structural placeholder text
- Photography, retouching or 3D
- Logo or brand identity work
- More than two rounds of revision. Further rounds are billable at the rate in the SOW
Brand + store identity
3–4 weeksThe identity and the store designed together, so the site is not quietly a different brand from the packaging.
Included
- Logo system and marks
- Type and colour system with usage rules
- Art direction for product and lifestyle imagery
- The full store design built on top of it, plus a brand guide
Not included
- Naming
- Trademark search or filing
- Print production management
- Packaging die-lines
- More than two rounds of revision. Further rounds are billable at the rate in the SOW
Build
Shopify-first, headless where it earns its keep, with a performance budget that survives the next app someone installs.
Figma → Shopify
5–7 daysA finished design built as a custom theme, to spec, with the Core Web Vitals budget enforced.
Included
- Pixel-accurate build of the design supplied
- LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1
- WCAG 2.2 AA on the templates we build, measured
- Every section editable in the theme editor
- Repo and theme transferred at handover
Not included
- Design work. Bring a finished file, or buy the redesign
- Migration, Shopify to Shopify included. The front end is rebuilt; moving products, customers, orders and redirects is quoted separately
- Configuring third-party apps beyond installing what exists
- Content entry past the first ten products
- Browsers and operating systems older than the tested matrix. Anything outside it is quoted, not assumed
- Accessibility of content you enter afterwards. We stand behind the template, not a description pasted in with a colour override
- Those speed numbers surviving apps and scripts added later. The budget is met on the theme we hand over
Full store build (design + dev)
2–3 weeksDesign and build as one engagement, so nothing is lost in the handoff between the two.
Included
- Everything in the redesign and in Figma → Shopify
- Two rounds of revision, the second before the build starts
- QA on real devices, not only emulators
- The launch checklist run with you, not sent to you
Not included
- Brand identity. That is Brand + store identity
- Data migration (products, customers, orders and redirects) from Shopify or anywhere else. Quoted separately, because it touches records rather than templates
- Maintenance after handover
- Anything added after the scope is signed, without a written change to it
Speed optimization
3 daysA fixed-scope pass at whatever is making the store slow, with the numbers stated before and after.
Included
- Lab and field baseline, mobile and desktop
- Image pipeline, fonts and render-blocking scripts
- An app audit listing what to remove and what it costs you
- A before-and-after report you can hand to anyone
Not included
- Redesign or layout change
- Removing apps you decide to keep
- Work on a headless front end, quoted separately
- A guaranteed score. The budget is the target; the theme sets the ceiling
Custom features / integrations
3–7 daysThe thing the store needs that no app on the store does properly.
Included
- A written spec agreed before a line is written
- Build, test and deploy through staging
- Documentation for whoever maintains it next
- The code in your repo
Not included
- Anything outside the signed spec
- Hosting or upkeep of third-party services
- ERP or warehouse implementations
- Subscription-billing platform migrations
Convert
The traffic you already pay for, worth more. This is where most brands should start.
Store Teardown
5 daysA written diagnosis of the conversion path and the AI visibility, with five fixes ranked by revenue impact.
Included
- Speed, mobile path and desktop path against 2026 medians
- AI visibility: schema, prompts, crawler access
- Five ranked fixes, each with the change and the estimated impact
- Total opportunity, plus a recorded walkthrough of the document
Not included
- Implementation. The fixes are yours to run, or to hire us for
- A sales call. There is not one
- A cash refund. The fee is credited in full against any engagement started within thirty days
Conversion Sprint
14 daysThe highest-impact fixes from the teardown, built and shipped inside two weeks.
Included
- Starts from a Teardown, or an equivalent audit we have reviewed and agreed to work from
- The fix list agreed and frozen on day one
- Build, QA and deploy through staging
- Before-and-after measurement on the metrics the fixes target
- The changes documented in your theme
Not included
- Discovery. A list frozen on day one is only possible when a ranked one already exists, and the Teardown fee is credited in full, so the prerequisite costs nothing
- A guaranteed conversion-rate increase
- New design directions
- Ongoing testing. That is the CRO retainer
- Paid media changes
CRO retainer
ongoingResearch, hypothesis, test, ship. One change at a time, measured against revenue rather than clicks.
Included
- Session review and funnel research
- A prioritised test roadmap you can see
- Build and QA of every test
- A monthly readout: what won, what lost, what is next
Not included
- A minimum number of winning tests
- Tests on traffic too small to reach significance. We say so before you sign
- Ad creative production
- Testing tool licences, unless the SOW says otherwise
Scale
Demand, once the store can convert it. Running this first is how brands end up renting growth.
AI Visibility (AEO/GEO) retainer
ongoingBeing the answer when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for what you sell.
Included
- Structured data built and kept valid: Product, Offer, AggregateRating
- Up to twenty product pages a month restructured into plain extractable text
- Crawler access audited and corrected
- A tracked prompt set, reported monthly with the position changes
Not included
- A guaranteed ranking in any model. Nobody can sell that
- Paid placement inside an AI product
- Brand copywriting. Restructuring facts you already have is the work; writing voice from nothing is a different discipline and is priced as one
- Link building
- Blog volume for its own sake
Paid media management
ongoingMeta, Google and TikTok run against contribution margin, not against platform ROAS.
Included
- Meta, Google and TikTok, the three we run daily
- Account audit and restructure
- A creative testing cadence with a stated owner
- Margin-based reporting
- Spend passed through at cost, never marked up
Not included
- The ad spend itself
- Accounts spending under €10,000 / $12,000 / AED 44,000 a month. Below that the fee is a larger share of the budget than the work can earn back
- Pinterest, Snap and Reddit. Quoted separately rather than quietly implied
- Creative production. Concepting is in; shooting and editing are quoted separately
- Accounts in our name. They stay in yours
- Marketplace and affiliate channels
Full growth retainer
ongoingDesign, build, CRO and paid on one retainer, against one roadmap, on one invoice.
Included
- Everything in the CRO and paid media retainers
- Design and development capacity each month, allocated against the roadmap
- A quarterly plan you agree to, reviewed monthly
- One point of contact, who is also doing the work
Not included
- Unlimited scope. The monthly capacity is stated in the SOW
- Brand identity work
- Ad spend, and paid media below the same monthly spend floor. Under it the paid line comes out and the retainer is priced without it
- Work outside the agreed roadmap, without a written change to it
A price marked “from” is a floor, not an estimate. Every engagement is still scoped before it is signed, and delivery windows start the day the upfront payment clears.
Who this is not for.
Five briefs we turn down, and why each one is a bad fit for us rather than a bad business.
Pre-revenue, or no traffic yet
There is nothing to compound. Everything here multiplies an existing number, and multiplying zero is still zero. The soft floor is roughly $500k a year.
Dropshipping and commodity resale
No brand to build on and no margin to fund the work. Price is the only lever left, and that is a race we are not equipped to win for you.
B2B and service businesses
Different mechanics end to end: longer cycles, sales-led buying, no cart. We would be learning on your budget.
Marketplaces and platforms
Two-sided growth is a different discipline from DTC. The playbook here does not transfer.
“Just run my ads cheap this month”
Paid media on a broken store is renting revenue at a markup. If that is the brief, we are the wrong studio.
If you are none of the above
Start with the Teardown. €750, five days, and the fee comes off whatever you buy next.
Read what it contains →How the scope behaves
Nothing starts without a signed SOW
The scope above becomes a document with your name on it, and the upfront payment clears before work begins. No exceptions, including for people we like.
Scope changes in writing or not at all
Everything in the “not included” lists stays out unless it is added by a written change to the SOW, with its own price and its own date.
You keep everything, on final payment
Figma files, repo, theme, ad accounts, documentation: transferred when the last invoice clears. Until then you hold a licence to use the work rather than the copyright, which is the studio's only real protection against non-payment and is stated here rather than buried in the SOW.
Five business days to raise a defect
A deliverable is accepted five business days after handover unless you send a written defect notice. That cuts both ways: it stops a project living in permanent limbo, and it gives you a defined window in which saying “this is not right” costs you nothing.
Thirty days of defect cover
Once that window closes, defects in what we delivered are still fixed free for thirty days from handover. It covers our work breaking. It does not cover new requests, a third-party app installed afterwards, or changes made to the theme after handover.
The browsers we test on
The current and previous major version of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on desktop, plus iOS Safari and Chrome on Android on the current and previous major OS. Older than that is a real audience for some brands and a real cost to support, so it is quoted rather than assumed either way.
Retainers run three months, then roll
A three-month initial term, then month to month with thirty days’ written notice either side. Three months is how long CRO and AI visibility take to produce a result worth judging. Nothing renews into anything longer.
