The front door · €750 fixed · five days
We cannot show you our client work.So buy a small piece of it instead.
Every studio's portfolio is its best five projects with the failures cropped out. A Teardown is the opposite: you pay for a few days of the actual work, on your own store, and judge us on that before anything larger is on the table.
What actually arrives
Nine sections, in this order, every time.
There is no public sample teardown yet, so this is the structure rather than a filled-in example. Inventing a sample store to show you would be exactly the thing this offer exists to prove we do not do.
Plus a recorded walkthrough of the document, so you hear the reasoning rather than guessing at it.
What this store is leaving on the table, and the single highest-impact fix. No preamble, no methodology section first.
Why this is not another store audit
Section five does not existin anyone else's audit.
Every audit checks page speed and a buy button. Almost none check whether an AI answer engine can find, parse and recommend your products — which is increasingly where the buying decision is actually made.
What we check
Product schema and structured data validity. Whether your store surfaces for its own category prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity — three prompts a real buyer would type, run and reported verbatim. Whether your product pages are answer-shaped. Whether AI crawlers are even allowed in.
Why it matters now, not later
An answer engine names a handful of stores and stops. There is no page two to climb onto later — either your catalogue is machine-readable when it is asked, or a competitor’s is. That is not a ranking problem you can fix with a blog post.
How it goes
The method, stated up front
Measured against medians, not against our own opinion.
Every finding is framed against a benchmark, so “your conversion rate is low” becomes a number with a distribution behind it rather than an opinion with an adjective in front of it.
Our working set, reviewed quarterlylast reviewed 24 Aug 2026
Your teardown cites the source for every figure it uses, including these. The set above is ours and it has a date on it, which is the honest way to show a benchmark on a marketing page — a number with nobody behind it is not evidence, it is decoration.
Revenue impact is estimated from your monthly ad spend, and the conservative figure is always the headline. We could show you the aggressive one instead and the number would look better. It would also be the number you hold us to later, which is a bad trade for both of us.
€750, and it comes backif you carry on with us.
Paid in full up front, in the currency for your market — €750, $900 or AED 3,350. Start any engagement within thirty days and the fee is credited against it in full. That credit is the risk reversal: there is no cash refund, and the document is yours either way.
Today that means an invoice: send the store URL to that address and we reply with a payment link for your market. Self-serve card checkout is next. Either way, no call and no form.
